Purchasing Safety Trainer Kits

By purchasing any Safety Trainer Kit (“Product”) from OSTI, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your order.
1. Use of Training Materials
- Safety Trainer Kits are provided for educational and training purposes only.
- Materials are intended for use by qualified trainers, safety professionals, and organizations responsible for employee training.
- Products do not certify, qualify, or license any individual or organization.
2. Licensing and Permissions
- Purchase grants the buyer a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the materials within their organization.
- Materials may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, or shared outside the purchasing organization without written permission.
- Digital files may be stored on internal systems for training use only.
3. Intellectual Property
- All content—including text, images, diagrams, activities, templates, and designs—is the intellectual property of OSTI.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
4. Product Format and Delivery
- Products may be delivered in digital, printed, laminated, or bundled formats as described on the product page.
- Digital products are delivered electronically. Physical products ship to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary based on carrier, location, and order volume.
5. Refunds and Returns
- Due to the nature of training materials, all sales are final.
- Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate orders or technical issues preventing access to digital files.
- Damaged or incorrect physical items will be replaced upon verification.
6. Compliance Responsibility
- Safety Trainer Kits are designed to support OSHA‑aligned training, but the buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- OSTI Training does not guarantee regulatory outcomes or inspection results.
7. Limitation of Liability
- OSTI is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the materials.
- Training outcomes depend on the trainer’s delivery, organizational policies, and workplace conditions.
8. Updates and Revisions
- OSTI may update or revise materials periodically.
- Updates are not automatically included unless specified on the product page.
9. Privacy and Data
- Customer information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and support.

Attending Resident Training Courses
1. Enrollment & Registration
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Seats are limited and assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
- Participants must provide accurate contact information during registration.
- OSHAct Training reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration.
2. Course Attendance Requirements
- Participants must attend all scheduled sessions to receive a certificate of completion.
- Late arrivals or early departures may result in incomplete attendance status.
- Participants are responsible for their own travel, meals, and incidental expenses unless otherwise stated.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of safety rules may result in removal from the course without refund.
3. Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers
Participant‑Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations received 30 days or more before the course start date: 100% refund.
- Cancellations received 15–29 days before the start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the start date: no refund.
Transfers
- Participants may request to transfer to a future course date once, if space is available.
- Transfer requests must be received at least 14 days before the course start date.
- Transfers requested within 14 days may incur a rescheduling fee.
Provider‑Initiated Cancellations
- OSHAct Training may cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, facility issues, or other circumstances.
- If a course is canceled, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to another date.
- OSHAct Training is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by participants.
4. Hotel & Accommodation Terms (If Included)
- Complimentary hotel rooms (if offered) are limited to the first eligible registrants.
- Hotel reservations included with registration are non‑transferable.
- Participants are responsible for incidental charges, damages, and compliance with hotel policies.
- Failure to attend the course may result in forfeiture of the hotel benefit.
5. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
- All course materials, manuals, slides, and digital resources are the property of OSHAct Training.
- Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Participants may use provided materials for personal learning and workplace application only.
6. Health, Safety & Conduct
- Participants must follow all safety instructions, facility rules, and instructor guidance.
- OSHAct Training may require removal of any participant who poses a safety risk or violates conduct expectations.
- Participants are responsible for their own physical limitations and must notify instructors of any concerns.
7. Liability Waiver
- By attending the course, participants acknowledge that hands‑on safety training may involve physical activity.
- Participants assume all risks associated with participation.
- OSHAct Training is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where prohibited by law.
8. Photo, Video & Media Release
- OSHAct Training may capture photos or video during the course for training, documentation, or promotional use.
- Participants may opt out by notifying the instructor in writing before the course begins.
9. Privacy & Data Use
- Participant information is used solely for registration, certification, and communication purposes.
- OSHAct Training does not sell or share participant data with third parties except as required for certification or compliance.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and attending a resident course, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
