Occupational Safety Specialist (OSS)

OSHA General Industry (1910) (OSHA Regulations / Standards, OSH Act, 1903, and 1904. OSHA 30 Card or Occupational Safety and Health Fundamentals

Occupational Safety Trainer (OST)

Obtaining an OST Certification indicates your ability to analyze the requirements of an organization for training needs; implement adult training methodology and implement a safety training session; and determine a training evaluation plan. You also have developed and improve skills in applying the teaching-learning process and providing effective presentations.

OSHA Construction (1926) or General Industry (1910) (OSHA Regulations / Standards, OSH Act, 1903, and 1904. OSHA Authorized Trainer or Occupational Safety and Health Fundamentals Trainer course.

Occupational Safety Manager (OSM)

Must have completed the OSS/OST certification or equivalent. Risk Management to include Job Hazard Analysis, Safety Inspections, Incident Investigations. Hazardous Materials Management or 40-hour HAZWOPER equivalent.

Occupational Safety Professional (OSP)

Must have completed the OSM. Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and Industrial Hygiene for Safety Professionals or equivalent.
